£9.70 for a piece of fish covered in undercooked batter! I understand that mistakes happen so I offered to bring the fish back for a replacement but they refused and said it was just “soggy” because I ordered it for collection even though I live less than a 5 minute drive away. I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years and this isn’t the first time I’ve had poor food from them. I’ve always let it slide but after the rude service I’ll be going elsewhere. They’ve really gone downhill in the last few years, such a shame as they used to be the best place around.
If you like a big piece of fish try a cod here it's huge plus tastes lovely decent chips too would definitely recommend this place we drive to to it as we don't live nearby but it's well worth it.

Food is okay, much prefer going for a Chicken Shish if I order though. Not a fan of "triple cooked" chips as I know that's what all Seaworld chippies do. Just stick to cooking them once and properly. If they do that they get a 5 star
Foods good but the price is crazy as for the chicken fillet burger thats tiny and well overpriced for what you get. Very clean place and staff are freindly. Just the pricing
